    I always get in when I need to, the service advisor is credible and communicates and you have several enthusiastic techs who go the extra mile. Better service then I get at Ford, Chevy, or BMW with my other cars.

    My car was in the shop for 3 weeks and I only heard from them twice bc I called them. Didn’t get a loaner until the first week bc the advisor I had did not call me back about as he said he would after the first phone call. But the day my car was ready he called me 5 times. Terrible customer service.

    Was told I needed to have an entire steering rack installed. Part was on back order with no eta. So if the car was left at the dealership for an unknown amount of time I would have had to rent a car for an unknown amount of time. So I’ve would have part/install of a steering rack and car rental fees. Come to fine out I only needed an alternator. The cost of the part was $530 and labor was $250. If I kept my car at the dealership no telling how muck money I would have spent. After the steering rack replacement I would have to had come back and pay more labor/parts to fix the real reason for my car issue to beginning. I got my car part in one day and the work completed the sale day..
