The service technician got in my vehicle and spent a good amount of time examining and explaining things to me as well as possible diagnosis for the issues I was having. He did an excellent job servicing the vehicle ask the whole while keeping the vehicle clean. The service assistance Alexandra was very helpful, very kind and very personable.
