I was pleased that I was able to stop at the dealership with the car engine having a problem and Bryan was there, he was able to find the problem which was then repairable.

I am very disappointed to learn that I need to replace the oil plug every time I change the oil on my 2020 Atlas. The salesperson never mentioned this process. I paid $200.00 tire rotation and an oil change. I will not be back.

The service advisor, Alexandria, kept me in the loop on my car’s repairs and was clear and transparent about their recommendations. Service was prompt and had me out in an acceptable amount of time. Will continue to do my services through Alex and Flow VW!
