    This is the second vehicle we have purchase from Flow of Burlington and our salesman, Jason. The entire sales team was courteous, timely, professional and accommodating. Everyone greeted us at the dealership. Jason showed several different options and the difference between the trimlines, to ensure that we were aware of our choices. He brought our selected car on site from another dealership within the timeframe they promised. We got everything we were looking for and it was done in a timely manner and at the price we were expecting.

    Both Flow’s sales consultant (Andreas “Dray” Daiber) and financial expert (Jonathan) served us as kindly and expeditiously as possible. When we went to Flow that day, we only expected to have a test-drive in whatever Volkswagen EV they might have in stock. During the test-drive, I think both my wife and I began thinking, “Hmm, we could go for this ID. 4!” Its seats are amazingly comfortable, and its controls welcome Apple CarPlay.
