Jessie made sure that they coved all the bases with diagnosing what electrically was occurring with my car. Very thorough and asked lots of questions to make sure they were on the same page. I live in Greensboro and if they weren’t able to recreate the issue he was willing to have me drive it home and when it happened again to come to me. So the warning light wouldn’t disappear
